With over 50 years of collective experience, 633 Development came to fruition through years of hard work and personal growth.  Not only is our group focused on faith and family, but we are intentional in our partnerships and enjoy those opportunities to build friendships throughout our industry.  Matthew 6:33 – Seek first His kingdom and righteousness – God will take care of the rest (AD version).  This isn’t a prophetic verse, but rather a call to live a bit differently and build a business focused on something other than material gain – Development Done Differently. 

Andy, Greg, and Colby have enjoyed a tremendous partnership through trust and a proven track record having delivered results for retailers, lenders, equity members, municipalities and various partners. With over $250M of real estate developed in partnership along with our goal to expand our Multi-Family, Entertainment and Industrial platforms outside of our Retail portfolio, the three of us felt it was time to step out and utilize our various skill sets to create something that represented who we are as fathers, husbands, and business leaders. Our goal in creating 633 wasn’t to rinse and repeat what every other developer has done, but to do something different. 

Development done differently – that is our motto

We aren’t focused on building the largest development company by size, nor the most profitable one, but rather we are focusing on doing business with people we enjoy being around. There are enough deals to go around and there are a multitude of retailers, landowners, municipalities, and asset classes to focus on. We simply want to work hard, utilize our God given abilities and expertise while being passionate/attentive to the projects that we are stewarding to the finish line. By doing that and living a life of purpose, we can thrive and live on mission in our every day lives. 

Our goal is to grow the Fireside brand in our Multi-Family division, partner with incredible visionaries within the Entertainment sector, explore additional Industrial opportunities and continue our selective approach to Retail development.
